For 33 years, Mr. Tony Scalzi dedicated his time and energy to Mercy as a teacher and mentor, leaving a lasting impact on all those he encountered. Even after his retirement, Tony continued to be a pillar of support within our community, always willing to lend a helping hand wherever it was needed. Whether it was substitute teaching, assisting with crowd control, or ensuring that event workers were well-fed, Tony's dedication and selflessness shone through in everything he did. One of Tony's greatest passions was cheering on our Marlins with unwavering spirit and enthusiasm. His love for our school and its athletic programs was infectious, and his presence at numerous events over the years left a lasting impression on all who knew him.
