Mercy Cross Country claimed the Division 2 title at the Oakland County Championship, putting together a strong team performance on race day.

The Marlins were led by senior Nora Gerzema, who crossed the line in 20:53.08 to pace the field. She was followed by Libby Gerzema (Class of 2028) in 21:30.33 and fellow freshman Ainslie Carter in 21:48.71. Freshman JJ Lukas added a solid time of 22:42.55, while Sofia Razny ('27) and Brandy Cavanaugh ('27) rounded out the Mercy lineup with finishes of 23:49.39 and 27:09.69, respectively.
