Mercy is once again offering drop-in weight room sessions this summer, led by Mercy's Henry Ford Athletic Trainer Marnie Hawes MS, AT, ATC and Henry Ford Health's Sports Performance Athletic Trainer Jenny Burnham MS, AT, ATC, CSCS. These Thursday sessions are open to all skill levels and provide athletes with a chance to train in a supportive, professional environment.
